Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your reservation.

A cancellation within 14 days but greater than six days of arrival will result in a charge of 50 percent of the reservation.

A cancellation within six days of planned arrival or non-use of the booked time will result in full charge of the room (s).

Check in time is normally from 2 p.m...but we can sometimes accommodate you earlier ...tell us if you need this.

Check out time is normally 12 p.m but you can leave your bags with us in order to enjoy the day on Mombacho.

Transportation: We can arrange safe and reliable transportation to and from Mombacho Lodge from anywhere in Nicaragua. And we can get you around once you are here. Let us know and we will tell you the cost.

Please note that all our rates are subject to the mandatory 15% national tax, 2% municipal tourist tax and a voluntary 10% staff tip.
